Artificial TurfMy little boy plays tennis and he has done since the age of three. He is now seven years old and is really good at the game. He plays three times a week at our local tennis club and I really like the focus that this has given him. The tennis court he plays on is made of
Artificial Turf and I sometimes wonder if this will prepare him to play tennis at a high level but my husband assures me that
Artificial Turf will not affect his playing at all at the standard he has reached. There is another tennis club down the road with real grass instead of
Artificial Turf but the membership there is extremely expensive and, because I am not sure how much more progress he would make there, I am loathe to try it. Moreover, my son`s tennis teacher is absolutely amazing. He is so encouraging and he knows my little boy really well and knows how to get the best out of him as a player. He also can be counted on to turn up rain or shine and really does seem to love his job. For these reasons I think I am happy for my son to stay at the club he is at.
